1. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 11:00 AM
Check-out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.

Guests arriving earlier than the standard check-in time are requested to contact us in advance.

2. Valid ID Requirement

A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of check-in.

All guests staying at the property may be required to provide valid identification.

The guest details provided during the booking should match the identification presented at check-in.

For international guests, valid travel documents and other applicable documents must be presented as required by Indian regulations.

3. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed after the applicable booking terms have been accepted and the required advance payment has been received.

Advance payment: ₹500

The remaining balance is payable at the time of check-in.

Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed reservation. Availability and rates are subject to confirmation.

4. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 5 days before the scheduled check-in date for a free cancellation.

Cancellations made less than 5 days before check-in may be subject to applicable cancellation charges.

For bookings made through third-party booking platforms, the cancellation terms applicable to that platform and rate plan may apply.

5. Guest & Occupancy Policy

Only the number of guests declared at the time of booking may stay at the property.

Any change in the number of guests must be informed to and approved by The Vow Cartel before arrival.

Additional charges may apply where applicable.

6. Outside Visitors

Outside visitors are not permitted in guest rooms or within the accommodation premises.

Only registered guests included in the reservation may stay at or access the accommodation.

7. Smoking Policy

Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.

Smoking inside guest rooms or in other non-designated areas is not permitted.

8. Pet Policy

Pets are permitted, subject to the property's applicable conditions.

Guests are responsible for their pets throughout their stay.

Any damage, loss or additional cleaning caused by a pet will be chargeable to the guest.

9. Property Damage

Guests are requested to take care of the property, furniture, fixtures, equipment and amenities.

Any damage or loss caused by a guest or their pet may be chargeable to the guest.

A minimum charge of ₹500 may apply for applicable damage or loss, with additional charges possible depending on the extent of the damage.

10. Early Check-in & Late Check-out

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Additional charges may apply where applicable.

Guests requiring an early arrival or late departure are requested to contact us in advance.

11. Special Requests

Requests such as specific rooms, room locations, additional arrangements, early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability.

A special request is considered confirmed only when it has been specifically confirmed by The Vow Cartel.

12. House Rules

Guests are expected to:

• Respect other guests, neighbours and staff.

• Avoid excessive noise or disruptive behaviour.

• Keep the accommodation in reasonable condition.

• Follow applicable safety instructions.

• Use the accommodation only for the purpose and occupancy declared at the time of booking.

13. Rates & Availability

Rates and availability may vary depending on the property, room type, dates, occupancy and applicable offers.

The applicable rate and availability will be confirmed before the reservation is finalized.

14. Policy Updates

The Vow Cartel reserves the right to update its policies from time to time.

The policies applicable to a confirmed reservation will be those communicated to the guest at the time of booking, subject to applicable law.
